Yes! All products come with a 1 Year Quality Guarantee. If your goods suffer from a *serious defect in workmanship or materials within the first year, send a photo of the issue to support@norsetradesman.com, and we will send you a refund or a replacement, free of charge.

  • Leaks not caused by dishwasher damage or blunt trauma.
  • Significant cracks not caused by dishwasher damage or blunt trauma.
  • Faulty drinking horns stands that do not support the horn.
  • Significant splitting not caused by blunt trauma.

Can I return my item if it doesn't have a serious defect?

You may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason you choose. To request a return, email us at support@norsetradesman.com. We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and a link to print your return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund your full payment.

Can I return my item after 30 days?

Only if your item is under warranty and suffers from a major defect. However, if your items does develop an issue after 30 days, contact us and we shall do our best to solve the problem.
